How to use it: To make 2-4 servings, add a tablespoon to a pot of hot water and boil for 2 mns then simmer for another 2 mns. For a more concentrated taste of this medicine, or for use in deep meditation or ceremony, add 1-2 tbsp extra. For an individual serving, add 1 teaspoon to a mug of hot water. *Please note: This is raw cacao and will have residual pieces at the bottom of drink. Although bitter in taste it is encouraged to consume these pieces for extra nutrition and medicine. If you choose not to consume, rather than discard, consider giving an offering to Mother Earth as an "ofrenda" and offer it to the earth or add to your compost.
